Just for moms!

Whether you are a new mom, a mom in the trenches of motherhood, or a seasoned mom, you have a special place in my heart. Moms rule the world, and have a huge impact on their families, communities, and greater society! Although she was never meant to be an island, even in the toughest circumstances, moms rise up and come out strong!! Whether its raising a difficult child,  dealing with challenging family members that tell her how to raise her child, financial issues, or raising a child with disabilities or differences, Moms are the ones who hold it together, and are the HEART of their Homes!!

The New Year 2021 calls us to a place of reflection, renewed thoughts, and a commitment to make this new year better than the last! In every area of life, I have spent some time gleaning from the mistakes of last year, seeing areas of my life that I want to improve, and how taking some practices that I unintentionally stopped doing, and bringing them back into the present. After all, they served me well!!! 

As a mom and queen of the home, we have lots of power that will influence our children for better. Let's look to the goodness of life through health and wellness, growth spiritually, and relationally.... to make this the best year yet! Here's to 2021! Raising kids is hard enough for two parents, let alone doing it alone! I understand because not only was I raised by a single parent, but I also had twelve long years of Single Parenting. I write that with capital letters because it is a very important title! Single parents should be honored and esteemed, they are true heroes! There are truly differences when raising boys versus raising girls. Raising boys to be courageous, respectful, caring, and responsible young men is a high calling and endeavor! Raising boys can be fun and exhilarating, but also at the same time, chaotic and exhausting! As a mom of six little princes and one princess,  I know the challenges as well as the joys of raising boys!  Coming soon, I will be releasing a course on raising boys!

Raising girls to be strong, compassionate, successful, and fulfilled young women is a high calling and amazing journey! They are treasures, gifts, and were born into a world where we want to see them be strong, stand tall and command respect, honor and the highest and best outcome! This takes intention and we have the power to shape and support our girls to be the most amazing women!
